Thank you so much for your order! We want you to be satisfied with your new homeschool apparel and want to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
We print on demand and do not accept refunds. Please double check the size charts before placing your order. We do realize that there may be small discrepancies in the sizes due to product variation allowances; in the case that your purchased item does not fit, please contact us to set up an exchange.
We accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn items within 30 days of receipt for store credit, minus any shipping fees. Please contact us for the return shipping address, and let us know which size or product you would like in exchange. Do not ship back to the return address on your package without contacting us first; we will be unable to exchange your product if you do so. You are responsible for shipping fees to send the item back to us.
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment or incorrectly printed, please contact us for further instructions on an exchange. You can also email us at homeschoolstyleco@gmail.com; please include any applicable pictures showing print issues that we can relay to our printers to expedite the exchange.
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Gift card purchases are final and non-returnable.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the new item will be shipped to you.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
